Tyto shluky \u010d\u00e1stic zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a prim\u00e1rn\u011b poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z lidsk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pak vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i vysoko-teplotn\u00edch procesech. V\u011bt\u0161ina komer\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u00fdch filtr\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou funk\u010dn\u00ed a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 i za vysok\u00fdch okoln\u00edch teplot, v\u0161ak dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zachytit pouze \u010d\u00e1stice v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10 \u03bcm. Nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00e9 filtry maj\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi komer\u010dn\u00edmi filtry vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdkon filtrace vzduchu a jsou schopn\u00e9 zachytit \u010d\u00e1stice men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1 \u03bcm. V\u011bt\u0161ina nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00fdch filtr\u016f aktu\u00e1ln\u011b funguje p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.
